Diary of an Extreme Cowgirl

Every cowgirl has an Extreme Story. So What's Yours?

I am working on many updates. I apologize for being MIA.
I had a very tragic event, Feb 2009, and I seemed to shut down with writers block.

Follow along as I dust myself off after being paralyzed from a broken neck.
Are you an Extreme Cowgirl?
Soon you can add your story to http://www.extremecowgirls.com/

Yey, Play Time!!

Posted by Extreme_Cowgirl

Saturday Mischief got to play free in the round pen for the first time after major colic surgery.

He had a blast!
Jumping and playing.

I have video but the sound is really loud and can't figure out how to edit it out.

he hit the 800 lb mark and is now 14.1 hands :)

Job set back :(

Posted by Extreme_Cowgirl

well I had a job with UC Davis Med center in Auburn, CA.
That is the job I talked about in my tuff 2007 post.

Well, cutbacks needed to happend and the old saying of "Last one hired, First on fired"... well I was laid off not fired :(

but I was told that my chances of coming back were very small :(
It took so long to get that job.
The jobs are hard to find that pay enough to live off of.

well I will start my Job search tomorrow :(

but maybe I can find one in placerville and I can move there, it is so beautiful there. Peacefull, I smile all the time.

He is feeling so good he likes to jump around in his stall.

He will be able to play in the round pen or turnout next month.
I am following the time line given to me no matter how good he feels lol..
